Sefaha means necklace in SeSotho and this mustard colored neckpiece is quite remarkable. Inspired by the traditional apron worn by newly wed African brides this necklace is made from soft leather shells, buttons and brass wiring. Designed to make a statement in any situation this is as perfect with jeans and a fitted t-shirt as it is with a ball gown or business suit, the only limit being your imagination.

Artist and designer, Sonja Zytkow established Z-A Etc in 2015 as a local design market and an export emporium for South African made products, exporting mainly to Europe, the US and Japan. The product range boasts fashion accessories including imitation jewellery that is designed and manufactured in house as well as collaborations with various other companies and small studio manufactures. Z-A Etc holds many exhibitions that focus on interesting concepts and designers such as the Tribute to Iris Apfel pop up exhibition and the current exhibition of copper jewellery made in Zambia from recycled copper geysers.
